Mentorship is a long-life learning process which we need for personal growth and development. I am open to mentoring young people interested in issues across the NGO sector and development space.

Every year, for the last ten years, I have run an informal mentoring program, However, from 2021, the mentoring program will take a more structured approach:

1. Selection of 12 mentees for the year
2. An opening Zoom Call with all the Mentees
3. 3 - 5 personalised one hour call with each Mentee spread throughout the course of one year
4. A closing Zoom Call to reflect on how the mentorship journey has been.

I have a keen interest to mentor young professionals, especially those seeking a career in the development space

Ignite 30

IGNITE 30 – Vision Shift is a transformational initiative designed to empower and mentor young change-makers, activists, and development professionals across Africa. Through this program, we are fostering a new generation of visionary leaders committed to driving social impact and sustainable development.

Now in its first edition, IGNITE 30 will adopt a structured approach to mentorship that encourages intentional learning and professional growth. The program offers a blend of guidance, peer learning, and practical engagement.

IGNITE 30 is particularly suited for early-career professionals, NGO workers, activists, and young leaders passionate about making impact in the development space.
